He specializes in Japan-focused compliance, tax, and governance, offering culturally nuanced guidance to global clients navigating Japanese regulations. Based in Tokyo, he bridges Japanese practice with global business expectations. He serves the deputy Chairman at the International Tax Committee of the Japanese CPAs Institution.

Huang Liying is a Junior Accountant in China with eight years of experience assisting foreign clients with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. In addition to her expertise in the Chinese market, she has also gained extensive experience supporting Japanese clients with their accounting and tax matters in Japan.
